Manifest Prep and the Road to the Raise

A week-by-week plan to put WaveInnova in front of the right buyers, partners and analysts before and after Manifest Vegas, built so the work carries straight through your raise instead of starting over. LeadCoverage handles Share Good News. Your team stays focused on the product and the customers.

November 2, 2026

The timeline

Manifest lands 14 weeks after kickoff. The first six weeks go to the foundation and the list, press runs the whole way, and the post-show follow-up closes Phase 1 on February 26. No activity is planned between December 24 and January 1.

Three audiences, one engine

Each audience gets its own message. The press, list and HubSpot work behind them is built once and reshaped for each channel.

Supply chain customers

  • The core buyers: shippers, producers and operators who move and track physical assets.
  • Operational message: no gateways, nothing to return, data as a default.

Robotics and machine monitoring

  • The new pipeline WaveInnova is adding.
  • Its own use cases and proof points, set at discovery.

Investors

  • Less about what WaveInnova can do for a business, more about why it is worth backing.
  • Roughly one part in ten of the effort. Visibility only: no investor introductions or fundraising advice.
Until the raise closes, releases do not name customers. If the company or product name changes, it is settled before the first release. Kickoff includes one in-person working session with Will from LeadCoverage; travel is outside the monthly fee.

Why start now

The show date does not move. Every week of delay comes out of the weeks before it.

  • The list has to exist before the show. The people WaveInnova wants in the room need to be named, sourced and invited in the weeks ahead of February 8, not the week of.
  • Press builds on itself. Each release adds to the public record that trade press, analysts and AI search tools find. A late start means a thinner record when buyers and investors look.
  • Foundation decides everything after it. The target list, the HubSpot portal and the first releases take weeks. Kickoff on November 2 puts the show on a schedule, and every week it slips moves Manifest's prep window with it.
  • The raise is the finish line, not the starting gun. Visibility built now is the proof WaveInnova brings to the next conversation, and the program converts to the full Revenue Engine when the raise closes.

What we do

Phase 1 builds the visibility WaveInnova needs before the raise: a steady press cadence, a Manifest plan, first partner announcements and a HubSpot foundation. Intent data and paid media wait until there is budget to run them properly.

Kickoff and discovery

  • Agree the three ideal customer profiles, buyer roles, Manifest session details and the partners and vendors WaveInnova works with.
  • Confirm how many records to source into the target list for each profile.
  • Deliver the written 30, 60 and 90 day plan, then run bi-weekly working sessions.

Press and executive visibility

  • Releases on a steady cadence: products, partnerships, deployments WaveInnova is cleared to share, and the Manifest appearance.
  • Each headline carries a number where WaveInnova has one it can support.
  • Work to improve how WaveInnova appears in AI search answers sits inside this program.

The Manifest plan

  • Before the show: announce the speaking session, invite the list, book meetings.
  • At the show: run an analyst briefing, support meetings, publish show-week news.
  • After the show: recap, nurture engaged accounts and hand sales a follow-up list.

Partnership kickoff

  • Choose and approach a small first set of ecosystem partners, starting with companies WaveInnova already knows.
  • Shape each relationship into an announcement.
  • A fuller partnership program, with a dedicated manager, belongs in Phase 2.

HubSpot stand-up

WaveInnova is not on HubSpot today, so this is a new build, not a cleanup. LeadCoverage can broker the subscription and size it to what WaveInnova needs.

  • Contact and company properties, lifecycle stages, a sales pipeline, forms, email, tracking and basic reporting.
  • Records sourced and verified on LeadCoverage's own data licenses, loaded into the portal. The records belong to WaveInnova.
  • Subscription tiers are sized before purchase. Sales Hub Professional with Marketing Hub Enterprise covers sequences, SDR reporting, campaign association and multi-touch attribution. For the strongest attribution, Sales Hub Enterprise and Marketing Hub Enterprise.

How Phase 1 is measured

MeasureWhat it shows
Records owned in the target listHow much of the buying universe WaveInnova can reach by email
Press pickup and AI search citationsWhether third-party validation is building, against the kickoff baseline
Manifest meetings and analyst briefings bookedWhether the show is working before the doors open
Partner announcements publishedWhether ecosystem credibility is growing
Website and email engagement tracked in HubSpotWhich accounts show interest once the portal is live

A typical month

Early month

Plan the news

Pick the story, the number behind it and the audience.
Mid month

Write and approve

Draft the release. Nothing goes out without WaveInnova's approval.
Late month

Release and pitch

Publish, send to trade press and track pickup.
Month end

Review

Bi-weekly sessions review pickup, the list and what comes next.
Not included in Phase 1: intent data, paid media, booth and sponsorship costs, travel, sales training, outbound SDR programs, a quarterly index, formal Gartner engagement, and fundraising advice or investor introductions. Several of them become part of Phase 2.

Your options

The scope is the same in both, across all three audiences. $10,000 per month for November and December while the foundation is built, then $13,500 per month from January 1, 2027, when all three profiles are in market.

Option A

Prep through Manifest

$10,000 Nov and Dec, then $13,500 Jan and Feb

November 1, 2026 to February 28, 2027

  • Everything in Phase 1.
  • Phase 2 is scoped and priced as an amendment when the raise closes.
  • If the raise has not closed by February 28, the parties agree the next step in writing.
Carries through the raise
Option B

12-month program

$10,000 Nov and Dec, then $13,500 per month

November 1, 2026 to October 31, 2027. The step to $13,500 begins January 1, 2027 and runs through the term.

  • Everything in Phase 1, then the work continues past the show without a restart.
  • Phase 2 workstreams start as the raise funds them.
  • A signed Phase 2 amendment replaces the $13,500 rate from its effective date.
After the raise. When the raise closes, LeadCoverage scopes Phase 2, the full Revenue Engine program, with WaveInnova and issues it as an amendment. No Phase 2 fee applies until both parties sign it.
Both options begin November 1, 2026, or on the date of the last signature if later. Payment terms are set in the Master Services Agreement.

What we need from you

To keep the dates

  • One decision maker and one day-to-day contact.
  • Prompt review and approval of releases and announcements, since timing drives pickup.
  • Product facts, customer references and written permission before any customer is named publicly.
  • The company name confirmed before the first release.

To get the list right

  • The Manifest session details, the partners and vendors WaveInnova works with today, and input on the three ideal customer profiles.
  • The HubSpot subscription purchase and administrator access for LeadCoverage.
  • Introductions to partners where WaveInnova already has the relationship.
